Shiloh doesn’t have that much negative feedback but then again you will always find a scratch in every shiny steel! The main purpose of this mattress is to keep the body in alignment. Because if the body is not properly aligned you might have body aches and this mattress even provides relief to pressure points which is an advantage for this mattress. They claimed that there mattress is generally very cool but here is where the negativity starts. Quite a few customers complained the mattress is hot and a bit too hard, not as soft as they thought it would be. to know more
